- 5 cups torn mixed greens
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 1 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a salad bowl, toss the first five ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
