This crowd-pleasing spicy coleslaw is the perfect side dish for your next backyard barbecue. It’s crunchy and flavorful, and the dressing is delightfully tangy and sweet.
Ingredients
- 1 package (10 ounces) angel hair coleslaw mix
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Place the first 5 ingredients in a large serving bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over coleslaw mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
