Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups sugar, divided
- 5 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- Vanilla ice cream, optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine raspberries and 3/4 cup sugar; set aside.
- Pour butter into an ungreased 11x7-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine flour, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir in milk. Pour over butter (do not stir). Spoon berry mixture over the top.
- Bake until bubbly and golden brown, 50-55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. If desired, serve with ice cream.
