Ingredients
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
