Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry

Directions

  1. Place ice, pineapple, rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice into blender. Process, covered, until smooth. Pour into a chilled hurricane or highball glass. Cut a 1-in. slit into tip of a pineapple wedge; slide wedge over rim of glass and garnish with cherry.
