This pimiento cheese recipe creates a creamy dip that's rich with tangy and savory flavors. Use crackers, chips and vegetables as serving vessels, and spread any leftovers on your favorite lunch sandwich for a huge flavor boost.
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Hot chile-infused honey, optional
Directions
- Place the first 8 ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add pimientos and cheddar cheese. Pulse until combined. If desired, drizzle with honey before serving.
