Pimiento Cheese

This pimiento cheese recipe creates a creamy dip that's rich with tangy and savory flavors. Use crackers, chips and vegetables as serving vessels, and spread any leftovers on your favorite lunch sandwich for a huge flavor boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hot chile-infused honey, optional

Directions

  1. Place the first 8 ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add pimientos and cheddar cheese. Pulse until combined. If desired, drizzle with honey before serving.
