Pickle de gallo is a refreshing, dilly twist on classic salsa. Use this fresh and crunchy treat as a dip for chips or spoon it onto tacos, nachos, sandwiches and hot dogs.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely minced jalapeno pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
