Peanut Butter Frosting

Rich, sweet and a tiny bit salty, peanut butter frosting is the only topping you need for a batch of brownies or a luscious chocolate cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes. Beat in milk and vanilla until smooth.
