Rich, sweet and a tiny bit salty, peanut butter frosting is the only topping you need for a batch of brownies or a luscious chocolate cake.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes. Beat in milk and vanilla until smooth.
