  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. In a large cast iron skillet, cook chops in oil over medium heat, until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 4-5 minutes on each side. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
