These pan-fried pork chops take very little time to get from stove to table. Serve with your favorite vegetable side dish for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper. Dip pork in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess.
- In a large cast iron skillet, cook chops in oil over medium heat, until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 4-5 minutes on each side. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
