No need to turn on the oven! Make no-bake peanut butter cookies with just six simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Add oats; mix well.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 in. apart onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Chill in refrigerator until set. Store in an airtight container.
