Million-Dollar Deviled Eggs

A secret ingredient—one you likely have—creates the velvety filling in these incredible million-dollar deviled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle juice
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: Crumbled cooked bacon and sliced sweet baby pickles

Directions

  1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks, reserving whites. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Stir in mayonnaise, butter, pickle juice, mustards, sugar, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Sprinkle with paprika. If desired, top with bacon and pickle slices.
