
Million-Dollar Deviled Eggs

A secret ingredient—one you likely have—creates the velvety filling in these incredible million-dollar deviled eggs.
Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons sweet pickle juice
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Dash hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: Crumbled cooked bacon and sliced sweet baby pickles
Directions
- Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks, reserving whites. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Stir in mayonnaise, butter, pickle juice, mustards, sugar, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
- Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Sprinkle with paprika. If desired, top with bacon and pickle slices.
