Butter Board

Our herbaceous, tangy butter board is a memorable shared appetizer. Don’t forget to serve it with baguette and focaccia bread!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Sliced French bread baguette or focaccia bread

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, garlic, sriracha and Worcestershire sauce until light and fluffy. Spread to 1/4-in. thickness over a large cutting board or serving platter. Sprinkle with sea salt, white pepper and cayenne. Sprinkle with dill, parsley and green onion. Serve immediately with bread.
