These healthy peanut butter cookies are a great baking project to do with kids. You can make and shape the dough ahead of time so that you can bake a few cookies whenever you want.
Ingredients
- 1 large egg, room temperature, beaten
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Roll level tablespoons into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets; flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
