Ham and Cheese Croissant

This simple ham and cheese croissant recipe will up your weekday sandwich game.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 croissants, split
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices slices Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spread mustard over cut sides of 4 split croissants. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each croissant bottom. Top each with 3 slices deli ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese; replace tops. Arrange sandwiches on an ungreased baking sheet.
  2. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted and bread is lightly toasted, 8-10 minutes.
