Grilled Salmon

This recipe for grilled salmon is too easy!

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix garlic, lemon zest, salt, rosemary and pepper; rub over salmon fillets. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Place salmon on oiled grill rack, skin side down. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 3-4 minutes per side. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
