When I was growing up, my grandma raised and butchered turkey ducks. She always served duck for the holidays, and for other family events throughout the year. I always thought it was better than turkey! While finding a dressed duck can be difficult, I do occasionally purchase the smaller ducks available in the grocery store, just so my family can enjoy something that was a special part of my past.-Sue Gronholz, Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
