Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup olive oil or peanut oil

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the first 6 ingredients; cover and process until blended. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Chill until serving.
