Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil or peanut oil
Directions
- In a blender, combine the first 6 ingredients; cover and process until blended. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Chill until serving.
