This four-ingredient shrimp recipe will blow you away! Garlic butter shrimp is a quick-cooking dish that's versatile enough to work on its own or as part of any meal. Don't forget some bread to sop up that fragrant sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pound uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Hot cooked rice
- Minced fresh parsley, optional
Directions
- In a large skillet, saute the shrimp and garlic in butter until shrimp turn pink, 5 minutes. Add lemon juice; heat through. Serve with rice and, if desired, sprinkle with parsley.
