Our blueberry margarita utilizes frozen fruit, fresh herbs and a splash of lime to make one dreamy, vibrant cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 lime wedge
- Coarse sugar, optional
- 1-1/2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- Fresh blueberries, optional
Directions
- If desired, moisten rim of 1 cocktail glass with lime wedge and sprinkle sugar on a plate; dip rim in sugar.
- In a blender, combine tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, blueberries and mint. Puree until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with lime wedge and, if desired, blueberries and additional mint sprigs.
