Blueberry Margarita

Our blueberry margarita utilizes frozen fruit, fresh herbs and a splash of lime to make one dreamy, vibrant cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 lime wedge
  • Coarse sugar, optional
  • 1-1/2 ounces blanco tequila
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • Fresh blueberries, optional

Directions

  1. If desired, moisten rim of 1 cocktail glass with lime wedge and sprinkle sugar on a plate; dip rim in sugar.
  2. In a blender, combine tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, blueberries and mint. Puree until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with lime wedge and, if desired, blueberries and additional mint sprigs.
