Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, green pepper and onion. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Stir in bacon just before serving.
