Eggnog Shakes

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups reduced-fat no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen whipped topping
  • 1/8 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon brandy extract or vanilla extract
  • Optional: Ground nutmeg and maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the first 5 ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; if desired, top with additional whipped topping, nutmeg and cherries.
