Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

This edible cottage cheese cookie dough recipe tastes just like the real thing! If you love cookie dough, this is a great way to safely satisfy your cravings with less sugar and a big boost in protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 4% cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup vanilla-flavored whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Place cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a blender; puree until smooth. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl; stir in almond flour and protein powder. Fold in chocolate chips. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
