This copycat Chili's salsa recipe proves that re-creating your favorite restaurant recipes doesn't have to be complicated. You need only a few pantry staples, a good blender and tortilla chips!
Ingredients
- 1/2 small onion, quartered
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10 ounce) diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno peppers
- 1 tablespoon dried cilantro flakes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, optional
Directions
- Place onion in food processor or high-powered blender and pulse until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients; process until desired consistency.
