Copycat Chili’s Salsa

This copycat Chili's salsa recipe proves that re-creating your favorite restaurant recipes doesn't have to be complicated. You need only a few pantry staples, a good blender and tortilla chips!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small onion, quartered
  • 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (10 ounce) diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 tablespoon dried cilantro flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, optional

Directions

  1. Place onion in food processor or high-powered blender and pulse until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients; process until desired consistency.
