Kick off summer with this fun coconut mojito recipe. Fresh, zesty and a little creamy, this tasty tipple brings the tropics to you, no plane tickets needed.
Ingredients
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 mint sprigs
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup club soda
Directions
- Squeeze lime wedge into a highball glass; drop lime into the glass. Add sugar; muddle. Add ice. Gently press mint or slap mint; add to glass. Pour rum, cream of coconut, lime juice and club soda into glass; stir. If desired, garnish with additional lime.
