These cake brownies hit a perfect balance between cake-like and fudgy brownies. In just 30 minutes, you'll have a dessert that makes everyone happy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 7 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, stirring well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to butter mixture just until moistened.
- Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack.
