Plain yogurt stands in for mayo in this chicken salad that's crunchy, fresh and bright—just how I like it! I add celery, green onion, sweet raisins and toasted almonds for great texture, and some lemon juice, fresh parsley and a touch of cayenne to give it extra zip. —Lauren Grant, Minneapolis, Minnesota
