Chicken and Rice Casserole

This cheesy chicken and rice casserole is a classic, cozy and quick dinner. Thanks to versatile pantry staples like condensed soups and instant rice, this seven-ingredient casserole is ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups uncooked instant rice
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1 package (2 ounces) onion soup mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a greased 13x9-in baking dish, combine first 6 ingredients until well mixed. Top with shredded cheese.
  2. Cover; bake 15-20 minutes. Uncover, bake until cheese is golden brown and rice is cooked, 5-7 minutes longer.
