Ingredients
- 4 ounces burrata cheese
- 4 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 10 to 12 fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Directions
- Place burrata in the center of a serving platter. Arrange tomato slices around cheese; sprinkle with basil. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
