Brain Food Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 2 cups halved fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup sliced ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, thawed
  • 1/4 cup unflavored whey protein powder

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth.

1 cup: 215 calories, 8g fat (1g saturated fat), 3mg cholesterol, 65mg sodium, 29g carbohydrate (17g sugars, 7g fiber), 10g protein.
