A quick spice rub makes these easy baked pork chops extra juicy and tasty.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops (8 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the first 7 ingredients. Drizzle chops with oil; rub spice mixture over both sides of pork chops. Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered until a thermometer reads 145°, 25-30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
