Baked Pork Chops

A quick spice rub makes these easy baked pork chops extra juicy and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops (8 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the first 7 ingredients. Drizzle chops with oil; rub spice mixture over both sides of pork chops. Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
  2. Bake, uncovered until a thermometer reads 145°, 25-30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
