Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

This crowd-pleasing bacon ranch pasta salad is loaded with good things: al dente pasta, a creamy dressing, bacon bits and plenty of veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 ounces) uncooked tricolor spiral pasta
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch mix, pepper and garlic powder. Stir in pasta, cheese, broccoli, bacon and peas. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
