Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 4 fully cooked boneless ham steaks (5 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Dash salt
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Cook ham on both sides until lightly browned and heated through. Remove from pan; keep warm.
- Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter and remaining ingredients to pan; cook and stir over medium heat until blended and heated through. Serve over ham.
