This simple apple cider vinaigrette recipe works as a bright salad dressing or as a marinade for pork and chicken.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Store in the refrigerator. Just before serving, shake dressing again.
