The flavors of mustard, onion and garlic really come through in this quick-and-easy air-fryer pork tenderloin recipe. The meat turns out juicy and tender, so you won’t need to serve it with a sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 pound)
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°. Trim silver skin from tenderloin if desired; pat dry. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; spread over tenderloin. Place on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until a thermometer reads 145°, 18 to 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
