A great dip doesn’t have to be a hassle. Our three-ingredient chili cheese dip creates a warm, cheesy, stick-to-your-bones kind of appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Velveeta, cubed
- 1 can (15 ounces) chili con carne without beans
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
- Optional: Chopped tomato, chopped red onion and sliced jalapeno peppers
- Tortilla chips, pretzels and sliced bell peppers
Directions
- Combine Velveeta, chili and chiles in a saucepan or fondue pot. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until cheese melts. Sprinkle with optional toppings as desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pretzels and peppers.
